Drainage Plan

The lot drainage plan is one of the basic elements of city planning; it is meant to protect your property, as well as municipal property, from damage due to environmental water.

The drainage plan dictates the key survey points, and slope requirements of the final grade. A properly completed final grade will divert surface water away from permanent structures to prevent seepage. To ensure a smooth process be sure to leave all grade stakes intact prior to the final grade process, or if need be, contact the appropriate engineering company to mark the lot with new grade stakes.
