The lot drainage plan is one of the basic elements of city planning; it is meant to protect your property, as well as municipal property, from damage due to environmental water.
The drainage plan dictates the key survey points, and slope requirements of the final grade. A properly completed final grade will divert surface water away from permanent structures to prevent seepage. This helps your home stay dry, and the absence of standing water ensures a more consistent soil moisture for growing plants while preventing mosquitoes from breeding in your yard.
For these reasons, and to avoid costly fines, it is important to be sure your final grade will stand up to municipal requirements. Timeless Landscaping Ltd. guarantees all final grade work to pass municipal inspections. In the rare event that a final grade fails, we commit will make the necessary grading repairs free of charge until inspection is passed.
To ensure a smooth process be sure to leave all grade stakes intact prior to the final grade process, or if need be, contact the appropriate engineering company to mark the lot with new grade stakes.
